Where are you located?

Our Executive Offices are located in Tucson, Arizona where we design most of the products we sell and dispatch them from our Packing and Shipping facility in Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA.

Can I include a Gift Message?

You may include a message with each Gift or Order by simply filling in the message box when prompted in the checkout process. You'll need to complete a different message box for each hamper if you want a different message, or, if you would like to repeat your message, you can simply copy and paste the text into each message box.

What are your Delivery Times?

All of our products are shipped FEDERAL EXPRESS to all Canadian Provinces. In the Vancouver area we deliver with local couriers. 

What happens when the recipient is not in or I have to give you another address for delivery?

If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave a card requesting that the recipient contact the delivery company on the number provided on the card to arrange an alternative date for delivery. In the event that the gift has to be re directed by the Courier they impose a fee of $15.00 which we will pass on to you as an additional charge.

Is your site Secure?

We use the most Secure SSL Encryption available to safeguard your information. We understand fully how important online security is to all of us. We do not store or see your credit card details. All of the information is handled by our processor bank.  

I hate Spam, what will you do with my email address?

We hate spam as much as you do, so our policy is simple - We will not sell or give your email address to anyone. We do not, however, want you to miss out on our Special Offers or Discount Promotions throughout the year and your permission we'll send you these offers .
